This Refund Policy explains how refund requests, subscription cancellations, and any applicable withdrawal rights are handled for TraceProbe purchases completed through Paddle.
Paddle may act as the Merchant of Record and/or authorized reseller for your transaction. Refund processing may therefore be handled by Paddle, by Techmaster Consulting LLC, or by both parties depending on the transaction and applicable law.
1. 14-Day Refund Window
If you purchased TraceProbe for personal or consumer use, you may request a refund within 14 days of the original purchase date.
If you reside in a jurisdiction that gives you statutory withdrawal or cancellation rights, including the EU, EEA, or UK, those rights continue to apply in addition to this policy.
2. Digital Product Access and Use
TraceProbe is a digital software product. Refunds may be reduced, limited, or declined where permitted by law if, during the 14-day period, you started downloading, accessing, activating, or using TraceProbe after expressly agreeing to immediate access to the product before the end of the withdrawal period.
This includes cases where a license key was issued, the product was activated, or subscription access was provisioned and used.
3. Subscription Cancellations and Renewals
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
If you cancel a subscription, the cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not automatically create a refund for amounts already paid, except where required by law or where a refund is approved under this policy.
Refunds are generally not available for:
- partial subscription periods;
- unused time in a billing cycle that has already started;
- failure to cancel before renewal; or
- requests made after the applicable refund period has expired, unless required by law.
4. Billing Errors, Duplicate Charges, and Delivery Issues
We may also approve refunds or other corrective action for issues such as:
- duplicate charges;
- billing errors;
- technical failures that prevented delivery of the purchased product; or
- other situations where a refund is required by law or reasonably appropriate under the circumstances.
5. How to Request a Refund
Email support.traceprobe@techmasterconsulting.com and include your purchase email, transaction ID, and a short explanation of the issue.
If Paddle provides a buyer portal, support form, or direct refund request path for your transaction, you may also be asked to use that process.
6. Chargebacks and Disputes
If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated without first contacting support, license access or subscription access may be suspended while the dispute is reviewed.
7. Related Terms
This policy should be read together with the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and EULA.
